AHN – Westfield Memorial 80 Years of ‘Stepping Up’ for Our Community

- Health Fair/ 5 K Walk – a community-wide engagement event
- FREE event – to promote health & happiness
- Hosted by WMH and the WMH Foundation
- QR Code for convenient on-line registration
- T-shirts available to first 100 walkers
- Healthy food, healthy cooking demo
- Wellness and cancer screening kits
- Vaccinations available
- Physician ‘Meet & Greet’
- Recognition of WMH’s 80th Birthday
- Event to include ambulance & fire truck viewing (with photo op if desired)
- Food trucks (researching breakfast options) and possibly a popcorn machine
- Family entertainment – Clowns; Balloon novelties and magician possibility
- WDOE Live Remote
- Gift baskets from donors throughout WMH’s service area as well as WMH Departments/Associates
- Raffle prizes (valued at $1,500) compliments of Fredonia Walmart (please see attached and let me know if you would like any tickets)
- In case of rain walk will be held next door to WMH inside Westfield Academy Central Schools (WACS)
